For us, it is crucial to have someone in the kitchen who knows beyond the ordinary how to cook and create taste experiences, but also how to consider the earth we live on. We create places where you enjoy and, in our world, you cannot enjoy without food.

We want you to try something new and be moved in terms of taste. The dinner experience  is structured in various parts with small dishes in each where you will get several different taste experiences. The creativity is playful and daring, but with local roots.

LUNCH AT THE CASTLE

Take a look around the beautiful castle, then sit down in the restaurant and enjoy a delicious lunch. Choose from two daily specials served with bread and salad. Lunch is served on weekdays Monday - Friday between 11:30 and 14:00. 

Choose between two dishes for 195,- per person.

The lunch needs to be pre-booked in advance.

Our dinner experience is an experience out of the ordinary. A journey in food and wine, specially prepared based on our local suppliers and the season.

3-Course Menu: SEK 650,- per person
 (only available with a room reservation)
5-Course Menu: SEK 850,- per person
7-Course Menu: SEK 1.100,- per person

Much like the rest of the castle, be prepared for some playfulness!

Every Saturday we serve fragrant teas, sparkling bubbles, freshly baked scones, delicate cakes and tasty sandwiches created by our skilled chefs.

Our drinks menu, both with and without alcohol, is created to support all the flavors of the food with a bit of an nontraditional approach.

We also shake up some delicious cocktails in our cozy bar area from 3pm till late!

If you are a group you can book a wine tasting in our wine cellar before dinner.
