AT THE NORRMANS CASTLE
currently looking for a sous chef to join our little team at The Norrmans Castle.
We are a small boutique hotel with 27 rooms located in the Swedish
countryside, where we aim to create an oasis were the everyday falls away and
there is space to relax and simply enjoy the presence.
We pride ourselves in a warm and welcoming service, were good food and wine
is a big part of our identity. If you also share our vision, love to make

Requirements for the role:
You have a great passion for food and guest service. we work with local, seasonal ingredients.
A natural ability to lead in a calm
and professional way.
Will always prioritize the guest
Able to convey the concept of The Norrmans
castle though the food you cook.
Experience from a kitchen,
preferably at a similar level.
Represent The Norrmans in a
professional and good manner at all times, as well as follow and practice our
Comfortable working in a small team
where we help each other both in and outside the kitchen
Able to work with a flexible
schedule. we are seasonal based, and weekend and holiday work is expected
Fluent in English, but Scandinavian
language skills are valued.
